Did you miss it?
Our December Blue Spruce Show brought the house down with an incredible live performance by Float Like a Buffalo, hosted during Colorado Gives Day at the KFFR studios.

The band delivered a high-energy set filled with bold horns, deep grooves, and nonstop jams — celebrating Grand County nonprofits and the spirit of community that Colorado Gives Day is all about. Listeners tuned in live on the radio and online as the studio filled with music, potluck food, and supporters who help make community radio possible.
We invited Grand County nonprofits to join us for a community potluck, and the result was a full house in every sense!
Filled ears, filled tummies, and a studio buzzing with energy. Float Like a Buffalo delivered an unforgettable performance packed with bold horns, infectious grooves, and nonstop jams as listeners tuned in live on the radio and online.

This show was all about community, connection, and supporting the nonprofits that make Grand County such a special place. Huge thanks to everyone who came out, tuned in, shared food, and supported Colorado Gives Day alongside this incredible band.
The afternoon was expertly co-hosted by DJ Daring and DJ Brough, who set the tone and kept the energy flowing throughout the show. They kicked things off with engaging, thoughtful questions for the band, drawing out stories, laughs, and insights that made the performance feel even more personal.

If you couldn’t make it in person, you can still experience the show.
