Sound of Grand County

KFFR presents the second season of the Sound of Grand County, a local music series featuring local musicians. Our first show of the year is on Thursday January 18 at 7 p.m. and features Andy Straus and Alex Johnstone of Easy Tiger. Also on the bill is local singer songwriter and KFFR DJ Sierah Daring.

The series kicked off at the KFFR studios on Thursday, January 12 from 7-9 pm with live sets from Luke Hickam, Catlyn Taussig and Burnt Orange. Feedback from the first event was overwhelming. The second installment of the Sound of Grand County, Season 2, will feature local female musicians Emily Caldwell and Tina King.  Doors open at 6:30 with performances from 7 to 9pm.
