Youth Week 2026: East Grand Jazz Band Swings Into KFFR!
Our Youth Week 2026: Creation Station kept bringing the heat this year, and one of the absolute highlights was a special Wednesday lunch hour performance by the East Grand Jazz Band! These incredibly talented student musicians took over the KFFR Youth Stage, bringing massive big-band energy and a whole lot of swing straight to our community’s speakers.
Directed by East Grand’s own Teacher and Band Director, Byron Church, the group showed off the immense hard work and dedication they’ve put into perfecting their sound. It was an incredible showcase of local youth talent that completely lit up the station.
