Lisa Pendergast has worked with eight Boards of Directors, governing organizations of varying size. She currently sits on a $75MM for-profit, privately held, technology company board; a company rapidly growing by acquisition with more than five acquisitions recently completed. The Company works with the Department of Defense, various Armies and international clients. At MGIC, she presented quarterly to the Board making recommendations regarding investment strategy and capital markets activities. Lisa recently retired as Vice President, Treasurer, and Investments at MGIC, a $4.25B private mortgage insurance company listed on the NYSE. She is well versed in Treasury, Fixed Income Investments, Audit, Executive Compensation, and International Finance. She was the Executive Sponsor of MGIC’s first Employee Resource Group, Women in the Workplace.
