As a nonprofit community radio station, KFFR is more than just music on the air, it’s also a space for Grand County to come together.
Our studio is open to host community-themed events that bring people closer, spark conversation, and highlight the causes and creativity that matter here.
In the past, we’ve been proud to host events such as the Winter Park Film Festival’s secret screening, the Gratitude for Grand fundraiser for the Grand County Rural Health Network, and the Grand County Advocates T-shirt showcase, among others.

Event Packages
To help cover minimum costs, we offer suggested donation packages tailored to your needs
The Unplugged Package: $100/hour suggested donation
Access to the space for basic celebrations or gatherings (tables + chairs only)
Group provides catering and cleans up after the event
No audio-visual support included
The Amplified Package: $175/hour suggested donation
Includes access to the PA system, microphones, lighting, and an 80-inch television screen for slideshows, games, and websites
Brief consultation with a staff member for instructions
The CBGB Package: $300/hour suggested donation
Includes access to all studio resources, such as audio recording and broadcasting
Staff member present during the event
Allows for food and drinks, decorations, and complex activities
*A refundable deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. Organizations must also provide proof of liability insurance, listing KFFR as an additional insured party.

Initial Consultation Fee: $100
(required if substantial complexity is needed to use the space)Cleaning Fee: $100
