SOSI Fraser Clinic

Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute has been serving the orthopedic needs of Grand County for 32 years and counting. Dr. Adam Wilson came into the KFFR studio to discuss the work he does at SOSI, his time with the US Snowboard Cross Team, and his love of Red Dirt Music.

Lexa Johnson FNP-C, ENP-C is a certified nurse practitioner working with Dr. Adam Wilson and other SOSI Physicians at the Steamboat Orthopaedic and Spine Institute (SOSI) Fraser Colorado clinic. Lexa has been part of the community working on ski and bike patrol at Winter Park Resort since 2020. Lexa has found her passion with caring for patients with orthopaedic injuries. She enjoys seeing her patients get back to their lifestyle and engaging in their favorite pastimes.  Lexa completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University in Texas, Nursing school at Emory University in Georgia and found her way back home to Colorado enjoying the outdoors lifestyle. She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, trail running, camping, playing hockey, and reading.  She came into the studio and talked to DJ Skindog about the importance of bending your knees!
