A long time ago, (about seven years) Fraser was a lonely truckstop on a potholed highway littered with cigarette butts, longneck beer bottles, hobbled ski bums, hippies and a few real estate agents.
The radio dial was a wasteland of gospel music and vapid commercial talk radio. Two long-haul truckers named Evil Bob and Bearcat Dave decided they’d had enough. They got on their CBs and rounded up a posse.
They named it KFFR.
Seven years later, KFFR is inviting you to celebrate the anniversary of this fateful day. With libations from Adventures Decanted, catering by Tabernash Tavern and tunes straight out of John’s Music Room, this will be a roundup you don’t want to miss.
