WP Council Brief 3-13-24

Thom McDonald gives an update on the Winter Park Council meeting from Wednesday, March 6th.  Items include the vote for council judges, approving the purchase of a snowcat that will allow quicker response times on trails, and implementing a voter approved lodging tax.
