Lauren ‘LP’ Panasewicz / Board Member

Lauren Panasewicz, better known by her initials L.P., is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Fraser Valley Community Media. She has been a Grand County local since 2014. After getting her masters degree and working as a civil engineer in Alaska, she moved to Winter Park to teach adaptive skiing for the NSCD. Since then, she has dedicated her career to making a meaningful impact in the non-profit sector. She is now the Director of Development for an international non-profit called the Range of Motion Project (ROMP) where she spearheads high-level fundraising, strategy, partnerships, events, and communications, contributing to the growth of ROMP into a million-dollar organization.

LP has been passionate about music and community radio her entire life, thanks to strong influence from her family which includes two professional musicians. She believes that genuine human connection is one of the few real things left in this world and music is a powerful catalyst for connecting people and creating community.

LP is excited to join KFFR’s board of directors to help Ryan with high-level fundraising and communications strategy aimed at growing and strengthening KFFR’s community of stakeholders and listeners.
